Troubleshooting
Link Not Working
If a shared link doesn't work:
- Check if expiration has passed
- Verify access settings
- Ensure URL is complete
- Try regenerating the share
Can't Edit
If recipient can't edit:

- Re-open the link
Security Considerations
Link Security
Share links are:
- Randomly generated tokens
- Unique per share
- Not guessable
- Encrypted in transit
Best Practices
Protect your links:
- Don't post publicly
- Use expiration for sensitive content
- Revoke access when no longer needed
Access control:
- Use "Specific users" for confidential content
- Require login for added security
- Review who has access periodically
