Brands

A brand is an entity you track:

Topics group related prompts:

How Limits Work

Limits are per account:

  • Starter: 1 brand × 5 topics × 10 prompts = 50 total prompts
  • Growth: 3 brands × 15 topics × 25 prompts = 1,125 total prompts
  • Enterprise: 10 brands × unlimited × 50 prompts = extensive tracking

Billing

Billing Cycle

Plans are billed:

  • Monthly (pay each month)
  • Annually (pay for year, save ~20%)

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Invoice (Enterprise only)

Managing Billing

View and manage billing at Subscription:

  • Current plan
  • Payment method
  • Billing history
  • Next payment date

Changing Plans

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select higher plan
  4. Confirm upgrade

On upgrade:

  • New limits effective immediately
  • Prorated charge for remainder of cycle
  • New features available instantly

Downgrading

To downgrade:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Confirm downgrade

On downgrade:

  • Takes effect at next billing cycle
  • Review data before downgrading (may need to remove brands/prompts)
  • Some historical data may be limited

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

What Happens

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data is preserved for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime within 30 days
  • After 30 days, data may be deleted

Before Cancelling

Consider:

  • Downgrading instead
  • Pausing (contact support)
