Learn how to read and interpret your AI visibility brand report to understand your presence across AI platforms.

Brand Report Overview

The Brand Report is your central hub for understanding how your brand appears across AI search engines. It combines multiple data points into actionable insights.

Accessing Your Report

From your Dashboard, select a brand from the brand switcher in the sidebar. This will take you directly to that brand's visibility report.

Report Sections

Key Metrics Summary

At the top of your report, you'll see three key metrics:

Appearance Rate

The percentage of relevant prompts where your brand was mentioned by AI platforms. Higher is better.

  • 80%+: Excellent - AI frequently mentions your brand
  • 50-79%: Good - Regular presence but room for improvement
  • Below 50%: Needs attention - Missing from many relevant conversations

Average Position

When your brand is mentioned, where does it typically appear in the response? Position 1 means you're mentioned first.

  • Position 1-2: Great - You're a top recommendation
  • Position 3-5: Good - You're being mentioned but not first
  • Position 6+: Needs work - You're an afterthought

Visibility Score

A combined score (0-100) that weighs appearance rate and position. This is your overall AI visibility health metric.

Daily Trend Chart

The trend chart shows how your metrics change over time. Use this to:

  • Track improvement from your content efforts
  • Spot sudden drops that need investigation
  • Compare performance across different time periods

Adding Annotations: Click anywhere on the chart to add an annotation marking important events (content published, campaigns launched, etc.).

Competitor Radar

Visual comparison of your visibility against tracked competitors. Each axis represents a different metric, making it easy to see where you lead or lag.

Source Popularity

Shows which websites are most frequently cited by AI platforms when discussing topics relevant to your brand. Use this for link building prioritization.

Using the Report

Identify Gaps

Look for topics where competitors appear but you don't. These are immediate opportunities.

Track Progress

Set date ranges to compare before/after your optimization efforts.

Prioritize Actions

Focus on improving metrics that are significantly below competitors.
