Understanding AI Responses
The platform captures actual responses from AI platforms, letting you see exactly what they say when users ask about topics in your industry.
Accessing AI Responses
From Your Brand Report
- Navigate to your brand report from the Dashboard
- Click on the "AI Responses" tab or section
- Browse responses by prompt, platform, or date
From Prompt Details
Click on any specific prompt to see responses across all AI platforms for that question.
Response Display
Response Cards
Each AI response shows:
- AI Platform: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity
- Date collected: When this response was captured
- Full response text: The complete AI answer
- Brands mentioned: Highlighted brand names
- Your brand status: Whether you were mentioned
Response Highlighting
Responses are formatted to help you quickly identify:
- Your brand - Highlighted in one color
- Competitors - Highlighted in another color
- Citation sources - Linked and marked
