Separate vs Combined:
- Separate brands for distinct entities
- Use aliases for variations of same brand

Brand Aliases Deep Dive
Why Aliases Are Critical
AI platforms don't always use your exact brand name:
"According to reviews, HubSpot (also known as HubSpot CRM) is popular..."
Without the alias "HubSpot CRM", you might miss mentions.
Finding Missing Aliases
Check your AI responses:
- Look for near-misses in responses
- Check how competitors reference you
- Review customer language
- Check social media mentions
Managing Alias List
Keep your alias list current:
- Add new product names when launched
- Remove discontinued products
- Update for rebrandings
- Include common typos
Public Sharing
Shareable Reports
Create public links to share reports externally:
- Clients can view without logging in
- Stakeholders get visibility
- No account required
Configuring Public Access
- Go to brand settings
- Enable "Public Sharing"
- Copy the generated URL
- Share with intended recipients
What's Visible Publicly
Configure what public viewers see:
- Overall metrics (visibility score, etc.)
- Trend charts
- Competitor comparisons (optional)
- Detailed data (optional)
Security
Public links:
- Are unguessable (long random URL)
- Can be disabled anytime
- Don't reveal sensitive data by default
- Can be regenerated if needed
Archiving and Deleting
Archiving a Brand
If you no longer need active tracking:
- Go to brand settings
- Click "Archive Brand"
- Brand is hidden but data preserved
- Can be unarchived later
Deleting a Brand
Permanent removal:
- Go to brand settings
- Click "Delete Brand"
- Confirm deletion
- All data is permanently removed
Warning: Deletion cannot be undone. Archive first if unsure.
Plan Limits
