Understanding Your Dashboard
Get familiar with the main dashboard and learn how to navigate the platform efficiently.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your central hub for monitoring AI visibility across all your brands. It provides quick access to metrics, reports, and actions.
Main Dashboard Elements
Brand Cards
Each brand you track appears as a card showing:
- Brand name and logo (if configured)
- Primary website being tracked
- Key metrics: Appearance rate, visibility score, average position
- Trend indicator: Whether metrics are improving or declining
Click any brand card to access its detailed report.
Quick Stats
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see aggregate statistics:
- Total brands you're tracking
- Total prompts being monitored
- Average visibility across all brands
- Recent changes summary
Activity Feed
The activity section shows recent events:
- New data collected
- Recommendations generated
- Report updates
- Account notifications
Navigation
Top Navigation Bar
The sidebar navigation provides access to:
- Brand Switcher: Select a brand to view its visibility report
- Content Plan: View content suggestions (visible when brand selected)
- Link Building Plan: View link building opportunities (visible when brand selected)
- SEO Rankings: Traditional search rankings (visible when brand selected)
- Settings: Account and brand configuration
Brand Selector
The brand dropdown lets you:
- Switch between brands quickly
- View brand-specific pages
- Access brand settings
User Menu
Access your profile and account settings:
- Profile settings
- Subscription management
- Team settings (for team plans)
- Log out
Dashboard Actions
Creating a New Brand
From the dashboard, click "Add Brand" to start tracking a new brand. You'll be guided through:
- Entering brand details
- Adding websites
- Setting up topics and prompts
Accessing Reports
Click on any brand card or use Reports in the navigation to view detailed visibility data.
Quick Actions
Each brand card includes quick action buttons:
- View Report: Open the full brand report
- Settings: Access brand configuration
- Recommendations: Jump to suggestions
Customizing Your View
Date Range
Set the default date range for viewing data across the dashboard. This affects all displayed metrics and charts.
Metric Preferences
Choose which primary metrics to display on brand cards based on what matters most to your business.
